About us
We’re now witnessing magic mushrooms and other entheogens giving modern people some amazing benefits. At the same time, we observe that the Western culture of instant gratification and extreme individualism has rapidly spread to the ways we use these plants and fungi: Take a sacred substance, like it’s another pill, and expect quick rewards. Moreover, the Other comes as an afterthought in this scenario as the focus remains on individual “healing” above all else.
At Osnova, we reject this trend, believing it to be destructive on a planetary scale. We see self-development as a lifelong journey, one that thrives only when undertaken collectively, with reciprocity as a guiding principle.
Our goals are:
✽ To create an inclusive space mindful of underrepresented groups in wellness spaces in terms of race, gender, class, financial status, and more.
✽ To stay rooted in our cultural backgrounds, families, social circles.
✽ To remain aware of cultural appropriation, systemic inequalities that we’re constructing our dreams on top of, and other colonial patterns that shape our world.
✽ To actively participate in a collective effort in breaking these structures and repairing human and other relations.
Malwina Grochowska
I have been assisting individuals in their psychedelic experiences for the past three years. My background is in film and writing, and for over a decade, I have supported screenwriters in their creative processes.
Narratives—whether in cinema or in the stories we tell ourselves—have always held therapeutic value for me. They help make sense of chaos, but sometimes, they can also trap us, keeping us "too much in our heads."
Entheogens stripped away many of my limiting stories and helped me craft new, more wholesome ones. They guided me from my mind back into my body and emotions.
Storytelling remains central to my work with psilocybin mushrooms: moving from outdated structures through chaos, embracing it fully, and emerging with a renewed narrative—one that reshapes us and helps us better navigate life.
I am committed to continuous education in psychedelic therapies and currently study at the Instituto Transpersonal Integrativo in Barcelona. I subject my practice to a supervision by a therapist and a peer-to-peer intervision. I am a signatory of the North Star Ethics Pledge, which upholds ethical standards in the psychedelic field.
I’m from Poland, still digging through generational traumas and slowly re-discovering the ways of my ancestral healing traditions. I’m a mother. I find my peace in writing, meditation, and nature.

Born in Seville in 1970.
Over the years, and shaped by various circumstances, I have learned a range of crafts—working with leather, wood, stone, iron, and especially ceramics. In each material, I’ve learned to see not just its form, but its origin, and to honor the generosity of the Earth.
This bond with raw matter has deepened with time, becoming not just a practice, but a path. It has led me to shape my life around nature—living in the mountains, close to the elements and materials I cherish most.
For more than three decades, ceramics and pottery have been my devotion—molding not only objects, but also a way of being. Creating, teaching, and living with clay has become the rhythm of my days and the foundation of my life.

Our Future
The Intentional Community Project
In the future, we aim to expand from private stays and ceremonies to group ones and also steward more land around, regenerate ecosystems, and create housing for people who want to share this way of co-creating life.
This is an early stage of the project: shaping it, finding members and securing financial resources.
